Quotations
Quotations are based on the measurements and conditions recorded during the site assessment and remain valid for 30 days. Changes to scope, access or materials after acceptance may change the price.
Deposits and Payment
Where a deposit is agreed, work is scheduled once it reflects. The balance is payable on completion unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Site Access
The customer arranges safe access to the roof, water and power where required. Delays caused by access may affect the schedule.
Workmanship
Installation work carries a workmanship warranty stated on your quotation. Material warranties are those offered by the manufacturer.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover storm damage, structural movement, alterations by others, blocked gutters caused by lack of maintenance, or damage from work carried out by third parties.
Cancellation
Cancellation after materials have been rolled or fabricated to size may attract a charge for those materials.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
